David I. Rudick, Ph.D.

David Ian Rudick, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania with extensive experience in psychotherapy. He has in-depth training in both long- and short-term therapeutic approaches and has worked with a wide range of individuals throughout his career. As a founding co-director of SRI Psychological Services, Dr. Rudick helped establish the organization and continues to be actively involved as a clinical psychologist.

He also served on the faculty at the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Psychotherapy Research, where he contributed to the development of the CCRT (Core Conflictual Relational Theme), also known as the Penn Model. Dr. Rudick is known for his personalized approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are and tailoring his methods to their unique needs.

Dr. Rudick works exclusively with adults, particularly those who are creative, insightful, and motivated to grow. His warmth, optimism, and sense of humor create a supportive and engaging therapeutic environment that encourages self-discovery and meaningful change.

Outside the office, Dr. Rudick values the importance of diet, exercise, good sleep, and strong relationships for overall well-being. When he’s not working, you might find him running through the neighborhood, playing his guitar, or enjoying a round at his favorite golf course.
