Hello, I'm a licensed clinical social worker with a degree from Widener University, Chester, PA. Since 2013, I've had the privilege of working with individuals and families in hospice care, providing support and guidance during end-of-life decisions.
I am a licensed clinical social worker and family therapist with many years experience in the mental health field. I work with individuals, couples and families to explore and resolve many issues such as loss, trauma and the adjustment to many life transitions. I have experience as well in a hospital setting helping families adjust to chronic or life-threatening illness, end of life issues, and caregiver stress. My approach is client centered and strength based. Clients grow strong and change when they feel empowered to determine their treatment plans. Treatment approaches are diverse and include family systems, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches. I have a strong interest in the mind/body connection and enjoy teaching relaxation, meditation and stress management as part of a client’s treatment process.
