I have a Ph.D. in School Psychology and for the first ten years of my career I worked in a variety of school settings including public, private, and parochial. Following my work in schools, I went into private practice and did an externship at the University of Pennsylvania's Center for Cognitive Therapy where I had the opportunity to train with Dr.'s Aaron and Judy Beck. I have been licensed to practice psychology since 1986, and I have worked at SRI since 1997.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults using cognitive, behavioral, and supportive techniques. I take an active, practical approach to problems and strive to assist my clients in obtaining constructive problem-solving skills. I work with individuals, couples, and families in an effort to help them lead more satisfying and fulfilling lives.
