Hi, my name is Stephanie and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Art Therapist with a Master’s Degree in Art Therapy and Counseling from Drexel University. I have experience working with pre-adolescence to senior citizens and have also counseled couples and those a part of the LGBTQ community. Furthermore, I work with the forensic population and treating individuals with a range of mental health, emotional and behavioral issues which include thought disorders, depression, anxiety, suicide risk , boundary and relational issues, drug and alcohol abuse, anger management, complex trauma, and grief.

My therapeutic orientation is grounded in psychodynamic theory but also includes cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and trauma-based techniques. I also offer art therapy for those who are receptive to this integrative approach which allows a client to participate in his or her own treatment through the creative process of art making.

Additionally, I strive to create a feeling of safety, comfortability and a non-judgmental environment with every client as I believe that this allows for more spontaneous and authentic interactions which allows for change and healing to occur.
