Laurie Pogach, PsyD, LPC

Laurie Pogach

I have a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and am a licensed professional counselor who has been working in the field of psychology for over 25 years. I have experience working in settings including adolescent and adult residential programs, BHRS/wraparound services, schools and outpatient therapy. I work with people struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, stress management and difficulties in both personal and professional relationships. My integrative approach is client-centered and after a one or two session assessment, I work collaboratively with each of my clients to identify goals for treatment. Some of the types of therapy that I draw from include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Mindful Self-Compassion. I believe in the power of authentic connection by providing a safe and non-judgmental space to empower clients to identify their innate strengths with the goal of fostering positive change and personal growth.
