I’m so pleased that you’re seeking help for your problem, and that you want to start your journey to wellness! I’ve been working in the field for over 8 years with a Master’s in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College, in a variety of settings including; outpatient, intensive outpatient, school and home based therapeutic settings. I also hold a License as a Professional Counselor.

I have experience working with children, teens and adults with mild to intense concerns including; anxiety, depression, self esteem/ self image issues, mood disorders, childhood trauma, foster care and adoptions, the exploration of sexuality, and eating disorders.

I consider myself to be a client oriented therapist who meets the client where they are and uses any techniques that could help that individual find relief, and to create positive changes for themselves with guidance. I often use psychoanalytic, cognitive behavioral, trauma informed, narrative and art/ play therapy techniques.

Getting help and finding the right fit is not easy, but it’s definitely possible! Together, I hope we can begin to find the answers you seek.
